Small kitten needs care asap

Today when I came home there were some kids trying to put a kitten under my fence so I brought it in and gave it a bath its poor eyes had a lot of boogers. I put Some medicine in its eyes. It’s drinking water but not wanting to eat food so I’m afraid that I might still need milk and I am not equipped to take care of it right now I’m looking for somebody that would be able to care for this kitten Please serious inquiries only
