We had two volunteer cats take up residence in our 1 acre yard a year ago. 1 was docile and 1 very wild. We now have 25+ roaming on the S edge of Wichita. We are retired, on fixed incomes and unable to work. Cannot afford to fix any of them and rescue locations want to only fine and make money, which we do not have. WHAT CAN I DO? PLEASE TELL ME.
