The Oregon Money Management Program is looking for volunteers to provide assistance to seniors and people with disabilities for help with their household money management tasks in order to promote independence and protect against financial abuse and fraud. Volunteers serve in their local community and receive training and ongoing support from NorthWest Senior & Disability Service's Program staff, after a background check is approved. Volunteers serve as little as two hours per month and have the flexibility to set their own schedule. Monthly meetings are held in the client's home. Masks are mandatory and are provided for your use as well as hand sanitizer, gloves and a face shield, if desired. Contact Julie Sobel to receive an application or additional information.
