Hello! I have a bit of a unique situation - I am purchasing a tiny house or vintage trailer for the purpose of renting it on Air BnB. I am looking for a large backyard or such to park the home. Ideally, there would be a water connection and ability to plug into an outlet. I am extremely reliable and hands on, so I will be at the property regularly to maintain it's appearance and cleanliness. I also love to landscape and would be willing to regularly spruce up the yard, if that is desired. I am happy to rent a spot anywhere in Portland, and I would like to negotiate a monthly rate that seems fair to both parties! Thank you.
