Local commercial janitorial company looking to hire individual for evening, part-time janitorial position. Our company has been in business for over 30 years serving many in several areas.
This position is Monday-Friday, 15+ hours per week with potential for growth. Must have experience in commercial janitorial.
Duties can include but are not limited to:
· Perform a wide variety of routine and comprehensive janitorial duties
· Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
· Clean glass surfaces and mirrors
· Change out soiled dust mops, wet mop heads and cleaning rags
· Dust furniture, fixtures, surfaces and equipment
· Gather and empty trash, clean trashcans inside and out
· Refill all bathroom and kitchen dispensers
· Follow procedures for using chemicals
· Monitor building by making sure doors are locked and alarm set
· Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
· Must be 18yrs old
Starting pay is $14.00 to $15.00 per hour.
