Bilingual preferred. Painter needed for apartment communities. Position requires ability to work independently, 40 hours a week Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (1 Hour lunch from 12-1) Qualifications are: Must have some experience in painting buildings; exterior and interior. Must have valid driver's license. Bilingual is preferred Must own personal tools for work. Must be available to start immediately High School Diploma or equivalent Benefits include: Paid Holidays, 1 week paid vacation after a year employment if you meet the above qualifications; Position is contingent upon passing a background check.
