Job Description: We are a establish company in Central Oregon that is looking for a long term fit to be a part of our team. This position requires finish skills in various parts of final stages of new construction, which entails reviewing parts of work performed by other people to ensure the end product is finished in a quality manor, that we all have pride in. The position also requires customer skills, and the ability to work well with others. We have a very positive atmosphere, that is important for our team to maintain within our company. This is a full time-hourly position, with the ability to grow into a bonus structure within various categories of the company. Starting pay rate is based on skill level/experience Position Requirements 1- Valid Driver’s license 2- Mon – Friday requirement, with occasional overtime/weekend work 3- Perform work in a safe and timely manor 4- Experience with basic hand and power tools 5- Positive people skills that require to work around, and coordinate varies trades 6- Willingness to learn new skills 7- Trouble shooting ability in various tasks preformed 8- At least two years of experience in the construction finish trades 9- Pride in work preformed 10- Willingness to clean up and finish other contractors work performed, in a positive manor to have product that we are all proud of Work required to perform and learn 1- Paint detailing 2- Sheetrock repair 3- Wood flooring installation 4- Finish trim 5- Cabinet installation 6- Appliance installation 7- Ability to walk a finished product, create a punch list to instruct others complete, as well as self-complete Please submit a resume with three references
