Come into any of our office locations to apply or do so online at performss.com Job Title: Account Executive Description: The objective of this position is to identify prospective customers, closing new accounts, advocating for customers on recruiting decisions, and following up with current customers on future staffing needs. Account Executive’s at Performance Staffing Solutions are true “Hunters” who thrive on growing their own book of business and are masters at building relations – both externally with customers and internally with our team of managers and recruiters. Job Type: Full Time Pay : Base salary paid weekly, plus ability to earn uncapped commissions from day one, a monthly car and phone allowance, in addition to benefits Location: Charlotte, NC Shift: First Shift, Monday-Friday 7:30-5:30 Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Outside Sales A true understanding of sale strategies A proven track record of identifying and closing new accounts Success at presenting in front of prospects and customers Skill with building and maintaining relationships with customers Experience in Staffing/Recruiting is a plus, but not required A zeal for selling, day-in and day-out Tenacity and a thick skin – a “No” today does not mean “No” next week Organization and discipline to maintain timely and accurate documentation on sales activities Excellent time management, both on the road and in the office Responsibilities depending on position could include: Target qualified leads based on research, networking, and good old-fashioned footwork Daily cold call on prospects to build top-level pipeline -- knocking ON doors, and Get in front of decision-makers and close the deal – knocking DOWN doors Thoroughly communicate customer needs and expectations to recruiting team Track sales activity on a daily basis using TempWorks (staffing software, also serves as CRM) Be a team player at all levels of business, from Executive Desk to Reception Desk Always be selling PSS – our value, our story, and our best-in-class services
