Night time parking lot cleaner / sweeper / helper

We are looking for hard working parking lot helpers to join our team. You will perform the nightly maintenance of various stores and properties around the Baltimore area. Your responsibilities will include: - Sweeping streets, changing trash bags, picking litter - Ensuring property cleanliness - Taking care of your sweeper truck and equipment - Working and cooperating with your co-worker - Completion of paperwork - Working mostly outdoors - clear, rain, or snow We are looking both for drivers and non-driver positions. Starting wage is between $13 and $15 an hour and will be determined by previous experience. Opportunities for advancement are available. The employee frequently has to walk or work over uneven and wet surfaces The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, the ability to adjust focus, depth perception, and night vision. Back pack blowers have a pull start, weigh 23 pounds and may need to be worn for hours at a time. Must be of a height and weight to operate the equipment safely and efficiently.
