Building Maintenance Management Inc (BBM) is a locally family owned company in business since 1987. BMM contracts its maintenance services to facilities throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area and the surrounding communities. Our customers represent a variety of facility types including multi-housing, medical and commercial. We have immediate openings for 2 grounds crew members at one of our Multi- housing properties in downtown Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will be responsible, prompt and willing to work overtime especially during the winter months. This job requires you to be on your feet most of the day. There will be a lot of repetitive motion to include but not limited to bending and lifting. You must have reliable transportation and able to pass a background check There are two available shifts Monday thru Friday with standard business hours. Some flexibility with the start time is required during the winter months. You will be required to work on call. Primary responsibilities include: Taking out the trash Sweeping and pressure washing underground parking lots Picking up debris on the grounds Perform snow removal and salting on sidewalks as needed Water garden, planters, and grass as needed Mowing the grass and keeping the shrubbery trimmed.
