I live out of town. I own an office building in Greenwood. I am looking for someone I can call on to do handyman work from time to time. Type of work is painting, plumbing (toilets, sump pump), and quarterly maintenance. Quarterly maintenance includes changing out furnace filters, light bulbs, spot clean common area carpet, patch and paint wall nicks, and flush toilets in vacant units. The quarterly maintenance takes about an hour. I pay $100. I pay for parts/supplies. Must be able to climb up into the attic to change filters. Since I am out of town, I can't pay by check or cash. I can pay by Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle. Tell me what form of payment you accept. I have immediate need for someone to repair a handrail. The hardware broke and needs to be replaced on one end. Let me know what you would charge for labor to come out and replace the hardware. I pay for the parts. If you want to charge an hourly rate for any work (except for the Quarterly Maintenance), please tell me.
