Hi I'm looking for a trustworthy, handy someone handyman that has a wide open schedule or retired. Needed to take care of our properties in Latonia. There is no schedule but as Tenants needs arise you would need to handle them. Usually one or 2 issues a week Must live very close by and would prefer that you have a truck or work van.. property maintenance, set outs, Minor repairs, like sink sprayer replacement or smoke alarm battery replacement, to hanging a door or replacing a receptacle.
