I am a property manager and manage 2 small strip centers in the Las Vegas area. I am looking for someone who can maintain the properties. Requires: Daily Trash clean up Minimal landscaping Monthly power wash Monthly window cleaning Kick out homeless Haul away when required This is a great part time job for someone who needs extra income. The work can be done when it fits into your schedule but it does need to be done daily.
