ATN Event Staffing Agency is recruiting outgoing people to fill staff positions at 4 events taking place at MLB All-Star week. Come join our pool of staff to be a part of the excitement for game day! Hospitality or brand ambassador experience a plus but not required. Must be outgoing, reliable, highly professional and have a great, upbeat attitude. Overview As part of our super star promo teams you will be onsite to promote top brands at MLB All-Star Week through free activities, giveaways and samples. Strict COVID safety guidelines will be followed and staff training provided **If you are not available for the events listed below we will have similar jobs coming up in August so do reply and clarify your availability!** Event 1: Rate: $18.00/hr Event: Rockies Game Day Activation Dates: 7/16 - 4:00pm - 9:00pm 7/17 - 3:00pm - 8:00pm Duties: Greet fans, monitor the interactive game machine, distribute prizes to winners, assist with event set-up and tear-down. Event 2: Rate: Estimated $180.00/day ($18.00/hr) Event: Sports Apparel Brand Promo Dates: 7/09 - 7/13: 9:00am – 7:00pm Duties: Assist with guest registration, line management, photobooth activity and branded giveaways. Event 3: Rate: $540.00 if all days worked ($18.00/hr) + $25 welcome bonus: applicable to those working their 1st event with ATN Event: Sports Drink Brand Sampling Dates: 7/09 - 7/11 - 12:00pm - 8:00pm and 7/12 - 12:00pm - 6:00pm Duties: Distribute full-sized bottle samples to guests, assist with set-up of the activation space, track and replenish stock. Event 4: Rate: $22.00/hr Event: MLB Promo - Guest Support Dates: 7/11: 2:00pm – 2:00am and 7/12: 9:30am – 6:00pm Duties: Assist with guest check-in, provide directional/ushering and pass out information.
