Comparing Covid Protocol to the Holocaust

I honestly don't know how much hope I have for humanity anymore. A school committee member is comparing requiring vaccines for school children who are of age to receive it to the Holocaust. Do people honestly not know what went on during WWII? Are kids being loaded onto trains and starved, only to likely end up in ovens or gas chambers? Can you imagine if these opinions were around when polio was rampant? Measles? Small pox? The idea that there are so many people that are so self-centered as to not see the forest through the trees. We used to read about this propaganda in other countries, but now it's here. In southern New England!
