Description
This is a big dog with an even bigger heart! Kuda is a 3-year-old spayed St. Bernard mix who has to be the only dog, although she’s done well with young children, cats, and small animals in the past. Kuda is very cautious around new people and strangers and needs a family who will be patient and very slow with her. Once she warms up, she’s a Velcro dog who loves to be by your side (and in your lap!). Due to the fact she takes extra time to warm up to new people, a potential adopter should plan to visit her a few times before judging her personality. We recommend Kuda attend obedience classes with her new family to build a bond of trust and help her socialize.
Archie is sure to shine in a new home! This beautiful 1-year-old neutered cat has been with us for more than a month! Archie has Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), which affects a cat's immune system. Due to this, he must be the only cat in the home or live only with other FeLV positive cats. Additionally, he must be indoors only to prevent spreading it to other cats. While some cats can have health complications from FeLV; many live long, happy, healthy lives. Archie is doing very well and is super sweet! Archie would have his adoption fee waived for a veteran and/or senior citizen, and he also qualifies for our $5 cat sale going on now for all adult cats.
