Looking for a talented individual for simple electric and plumbing upgrades to a residential home on the northwest side of Chicago. Duties include bending EMT, pulling wire, cutting/soldering copper pipe, running PVC DWV. Extra points if you have some basic carpentry skills. Please do not apply if you have little or no experience with any of the above or if you are addicted to drugs. We are home rehabbers and will know right away whether you are qualified. You don't need to bring tools (feel free to bring your own) but you do need a willingness to do a good job and bring a good attitude. Your boss is a hard working good guy who needs your help and is happy to compensate you for it. Part time hours 20-30 hours a week. Pay is $20/hour paid out daily.
