Immediate Hire! American Cleaning & Restoration South is seeking Restoration Technicians with experience in water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, BIO/HAZ cleanup, structural cleaning, and structural emergencies. Experience can be limited or within a related field such as light construction, specialty cleaning etc. We are a locally owned and operated disaster recovery company with clients all over Illinois. Must be customer service and detail oriented. Must have flexibility in hours.
Duties include:
· Water Mitigation
· Mold Remediation
· Project Documentation
· Demolition
· Debris Removal
· Content and Carpet Cleaning
· Fire and Smoke Cleaning
· Bio/HAZ Clean Up
· Structural Cleaning
· Sewage Remediation
· General Repairs and Cleaning
Starting rate will be determined based on experience and qualifications. Company pays time and half, overtime, and double time. Technician benefits include: Company Vehicle including all fuel and maintenance. Appropriate tools of trade are provided.
