We are looking to hire General Operations Crew Members whom will provide a variety of tasks. Duties Include: General Operations Crew Member Game Day Operations House Keeping Conversion/Changeover Crew Parking JOB SUMMARY Under the general guidance and direction of the Director of Operations, the Operations Crew members are to assist in a wide variety of tasks in the general upkeep of the facility, maintenance of the facility, preparation of events and Wild Games and production of events and Wild games. Job duties: perform work as needed to clean, maintain and prepare for events at the facility. Duties include skilled and semi-skilled tasks, which often require heavy lifting and a high degree of physical exertion. TYPICAL JOB DUTIES • Participate in all aspects of the conversion process in preparation for events. Duties may include setting up and tearing down flooring, portable chairs, operable wall, barricades, staging, tables, other furnishings and equipment. • Assist in the construction, repair and maintenance of the building. • Report irregularities, discrepancies, safety or damage concerns or loss of property promptly to supervisor. • All other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends • Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods of time • Must be able to perform heavy lifting tasks up to 50 pounds • Must be able to follow directions from supervisors • Must be able to work a variety of tools including: sockets, wrenches, hammers, drills, impact wrenches, Allen wrenches and screwdrivers • Must be team orientated QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED • Ability to operate equipment such as light trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, boom lifts, Zamboni machine, scrubbing machines or other light power-driven equipment. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Prior experience.
