General Shop Help Location - Auburn Hills, MI Compensation: DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE Looking for eager hard working individuals who want to start a new career or maybe already in the same field but wanting more in a constant growing industry! Mechanically inclined is preferred but willing to train! The driver will be responsible for deliveries along with pick-ups in company vehicle. This is a local delivery driving position, where a round trip may take up to 2 hours. No special license needed. Looking for a team player who's eager to learn and self motivated. Works well with others when given an assigned task and can be left alone to complete the task. Free Uniforms after 90 day evaluation. Job duties will also include the following: *Garbage removal *General cleaning of shop *Shop maintenance as needed Other Duties can include the following: *De-burring Parts *Packaging Parts *Sandblasting *Light Assembly *Powder Coating *Using Band Saws both Vertical and Horizontal *Operating CNC's (Loading, Unloading Parts) We are willing to train and invest time in the right individuals as long as they are willing and eager to learn. There is a lot of opportunities within the company to learn and advance your career in manufacturing!!! 40 hours a week 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday (Overtime when permitted) Requirements: OVER THE AGE OF 18 Resume with personal references. Minimum 2 past employment references with phone numbers. Clean Driving record. No criminal history (will be checked). Able to lift up to and over 30 lbs. Ability to communicate with customers and vendors professionally. Must be presentable for the company.
