Our company is looking for a PART TIME AS NEEDED property maintenance person for our multi-family apartment portfolio in the city of Rochester. Properties are located in the South Wedge and the N. Winton/ Culver Merchants areas. Transportation and a valid Drivers License mandatory. Must be proficient in problem solving and communication, plumbing, basic electrical, installing flooring, counter tops, molding, painting, windows, gutter install and repairs. Already have vendors to assist with the following: - Complex electrical: panel and service work - Appliance repairs - Interior and Exterior painting Duties and responsibilities are as follows: - Break/ Fix: Respond to tenant calls about repair needs and execute the repair asap both during standard and during off hours - Apartment turnovers: repairs and maintenance items, check electric and plumbing, appliances, smoke and CO detectors, paint, updates. Compensation Pay is $25-$30 an hour depending on experience, time and half for after hours and emergency work. Payment will be made after the invoice is received and the work has been confirmed to have been performed and satisfactory. Reply to add if interested.
