Need a plumber to fix my spigot

Description

Older row home with original faucets in bathroom. Tub is now constantly running, replaced washers several times and O-rings and seats. I is time to replace it. I have a new one but, it means the mixer needs swapped out and that is outside of my scope of abilities. Need someone with plumbing/pipe skills to handle this one ASAP cause water is constantly running and only way to shut off is to shut the whole house down. Thank you for your help. P.S. 3 knob set up, hot, cold, and tub/shower diverter
