Job duties: -Respond to water/fire damage emergencies. -Work with Superintendents to assess new projects -Protect personal property and/or remove from affected area. -Install industry specific drying equipment -Photo document projects and communicate with supervisors Requirements: -Experience in water damage and mold mitigation preferred, but willing to train right candidates -IICRC Certifications a plus but not required -Construction background is helpful, but not necessary -Must be professional, trustworthy, and dependable. This includes both being able to follow your supervisor's directions and being able to maintain productivity/make decisions while not under direct supervision. -Clean, well-groomed, professional appearance required -Customer service skills -Background check will be conducted -Dependable transportation to our Thornton based office -Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) will be valued more Technicians will be on a rotating emergency on-call schedule.
