Over the past years I have given my crew the chance to earn performance bonuses at the end of each large job, these can bring your pay up to $1 to $2 more per hour. Must: ~ Have a valid drivers licence ~ Your own transportation ~ A clean and professional appearance ~ Experience working on a professional crew Past experience working on a professional crew is a must
