Seeking part-time cleaners to perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties on an evening cleaning crew, 6-10pm, Monday-Friday in the Parker or South Littleton area. The cleaner will maintain spaces to employer standard. Duties to include vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, stocking, and bathroom services. Attention to detail and a positive attitude is a must. Must be punctual, detailed and eager to learn. Clean, safe work environment. Great team, no nights or weekends. $15/hr Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities - Dusting and cleaning venting, surface areas, and counters - Performs general sweeping and scrubbing of laminate and tile floors - Vacuuming and spot cleaning carpet - Collecting and disposing of waste from bins and containers - Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in restrooms - Cleaning windows, glass surfaces and mirrors - Ensuring safe storage of cleaning products and equipment - Reporting any needed repairs if encountered Cleaner Requirements - Ability to follow directions - Ability to work well with a team - Reliable and punctual - Pays attention to detail - Physically able to reach, stretch, bend and walk during the shift, able to push vacuum for extended period of time and able to lift 25-30 pounds - General knowledge of cleaning products and techniques (can train) - Must have a clean background report - Must be legal to work in the US - Must speak Spanish or English
