Area Manager Position VA/DC/MD (Must be Bilingual English- Spanish) We are an Apartment Turnover Services company that has been servicing the DC area for over 30 years (Our services include painting, maintenance, cleaning and common areas services. We are seeking an individual who can uphold our mission to provide an excellent service to each of our customers as well as to maintain a safe and collaborative team spirited environment throughout the company. This position requires a bilingual person (English/Spanish). This job requires an individual who can multitask and maintain control under pressure to represent our company professionally under all circumstances. Position Summary Area Managers are the primary point of contact for the customer representatives (Property Manager, Assistant Manager or Maintenance Managers) in their assigned properties. Area managers also coordinate the scheduled services with production personnel as needed or as requested by the customer, they assist customers if necessary to set up the schedule for new services, request approvals for add-on services as needed and inspect the day to day work performed by production employees (painters, cleaners, maintenance techs and carpet techs). Area managers also recruit new production employees as needed. Requirements High school Diploma or equivalent, previous experience would be ideal (we can train). Basic Computer skills and must have a vehicle to transport from location to location. Compensation/Benefits The Salary will base on experience Holidays Medical and Vision insurance Vacation Sick Leave
