Full Time Maintenance worker needed for 55+ Mobile Home Community in Winter Haven, FL. Handyman type duties; able to work outside or inside, light maintenance, electrical, plumbing, lawn/landscape, painting, pressure washing, etc. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a valid Driver's License, a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Successful candidate will be a team player, able to follow directions and trouble shoot issues. We are looking for an employee who will be reliable, prompt and works well with others. Apply by submitting resume.
