**CURRENT COLORADO MED BADGE REQUIRED TO APPLY** Full time Trimmer $14 -$16 per The trim team is usually scheduled Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm with an hour lunch. The starting pay is $14/hr until the trial period of 3 months is over and the pay increases to $15/hr. -$16/hr Also, we generally prefer to promote trim staff to grow staff when positions open up so there is a potential path into the grow side of the facility for everyone on the trim team. Bonuses if you work fast Duties: Assist Trim Manager and Assistant Trim Managers to ensure quality standards and schedules are met. Harvesting Plants from flower rooms Process whole plants Defaning Bucking Organize batches by strains Record Plant and Waste Weights Clean and Sanitize all work stations
