Found small tabby cat in Leesburg

We believe this pet has an owner! He rubs up on us, sits on my lap, and purrs when being petted. All he wants is love and to come inside. Please spread the word and help us find his home! Very friendly male (we believe) tabby cat with left ear clipped - may be feral or may be due to a fight, as is a jagged cut. Has a very loud meow, green eyes, is smaller in stature (under 10 lbs), has a long tail, and black toe beans. We have been feeding him twice a day for about two weeks - he showed up and has not left. He stays in our yard all day/night. He is very loving and it seems like he has been an indoor cat previously. He is healthy looking and has a round belly. He wants to come inside but we have an indoor cat so he stays outside. We have grown very fond of him and would love to find his home if he has one.
