The townhome HOA of Sawmill Cove here in Cottonwood is in need of a handyman to clean off some flat roofs, do some plant removal, and at times do some basic painting, and other things as well. So this is not a full-time job, just some hours here and there as your schedule permits. We pay $30 per hour and we have some tools if you don’t.
