JOB AND APPLICATION DETAILS: Part Time Position: Monday-Friday 8 am to 1 pm or (or until finish), with flexibility to work more hours (up to 35) Start Immediately. On a first come, first served basis. Anybody can say anything in an interview. We have a brief 2 minute interview and you start working immediately. First come first serve. JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for correctly and safely performing one or more assigned activities that are part of our food manufacturing process, including: • Clean and prepare production room for food manufacturing • Operate machinery and be a part of the packaging assembly line • Pack finished goods into boxes • Correctly label food items and boxes • Place boxes, bags, and finished goods on pallets • Operate a pallet jack • Keep work stations organized and clean • Basic facility cleaning and maintenance • Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues • Provide reliable and diligent effort to consistently complete all assigned tasks • Position reports to the Production Manager Personal Requirements: • Reliable Transportation REQUIRED. Must have a car and valid drivers license. • Attention to detail and instruction • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule depending on production needs • Strong commitment to product quality • Awareness of safety and proper handling of food, machinery, and equipment • Great attitude with a "Whatever it Takes" mentality • Must have good personal hygiene, and adhere to food safety and handling requirements • Enjoy working as a member of a team and in a fast-paced environment • On time and reliable • Likes to move fast and hustle! Environmental and Physical Requirements: • Stand and walk for duration of shift • Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively, and safely to shoulder height • Must be able to crouch, squat, stoop, twist, reach, lift, and feel • Must be able to see, speak, and hear • Exposed to temperatures as low as 35 degrees for short periods of time, but most work completed in 70 degree, climate-controlled production room • Noise level can be loud We are a rapidly growing food manufacturing company.
