Looking for a new home for cat

Hello Everyone, My cat is a male longer haired domestic and occassionally gets crystals in his urine that makes him have trouble peeing. This has happened 3 times in his 4 year life and after the lastest instance he’s peeing in the home even after the event. He’s neutered, still has his claws, and is up to date on his vaccinations. He has grown up with 2 other cats and is used to a multicat household. He also had a teeth cleaning near the end of 2020. I’m looking for someone who wants an outdoor cat, preferrably somewhere on a farm or some acreage? I’m offering $200 for the person or family interested in him and $100/quarter for the first year for a quarterly photo with proof of life. This might be a good set up for someone who wants a yard cat without the cost of the cat for the first year. Please let me know if any one is interested and thank you!
