Part/Full-time Cleaner - Lead Position - $100 sign-on bonus if you start by Mon. Feb. 19th. We need a Lead cleaner who is responsible and can manage a job with other crew members. This person is responsible for making sure the job is completed according to company standards and carries work-issued supplies along with them. This person can also work alone with high standards and detail. ​ You must have a driver's license and your own vehicle. ​ ​Are you ambitious? Do you like to be active? Do you want to listen to music or podcast while working? ​ Experience preferred but not required as we provide training to everyone. We specialize in cleaning vacant apartments and rental houses upon move-out. We also provide some common area building cleaning and a little residential house cleaning. This can be a very DIRTY job and is hard work, but we have fun doing it! This is an instant gratification job! ​ ​* Hours - 8:30am until we finish (typically around 3:00pm) * Monday - Friday position, maybe a rare Saturday but volunteers only. * Typical hours are 25-35 per week. * You use your own personal vehicle to get to each job (we do multiple jobs every day) & a valid driver's license. * We offer a gas allowance to help compensate your travel to each job. * Regular bonuses - most team members get a bonus every pay period. * We work the Portland Metro area - 35 mile radius from downtown * No felony charges on a background screening * You get a workout at work - no need to have a gym membership ​ Pay range is $15.50 - $16.25/hour. 30-day probationary period with increase included.
