We are hiring Water Meter Installers for our Fort Wayne, IN location to upgrade water meters! This full-time position is paid piece rate at a competitive rate, with all training, tools, company vehicle and equipment provided by Olameter. Water Meter Installer: This position is responsible for replacing existing water meters by installing a new water meter at residential or commercial sites to enhance metering solutions, accurately measure consumption, and ensure transmittal of signals to the network. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a HS diploma, a clean driving record and be able to demonstrate good computer skills. Must have the ability to use hand tools and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. You should be able to work and drive in all types of weather conditions. All applicants will be required to perform a pre-employment drug and background check. Must also pass the post hire meter pro test. Project is expected to start on August 9th, 2021.
