Zelda slipped out of her harness this morning around Rivendell Rd in Westridge neighborhood. Is wearing a multi-color collar with tag. She is a new foster dog from a shelter and has only been in Oregon for less than a week. She is very sweet but scared and shy. Please call if seen!
