Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks is hosting a free community shred event and food drive on Saturday, July 24 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The event will be held in the main parking lot at 5600 Lindero Canyon Road in Westlake Village. The food drive will benefit Manna Conejo Valley Food Bank. Everyone is welcome to bring up to 3 boxes of paper documents to be shredded at no charge. No binders, CDs, or other media can be accepted. In addition, participants are asked to bring food, personal care items, and kitchen goods to donate to Manna, including: ~Soap, tooth brushes and tooth paste, shampoo, and other personal care items ~Sandwich and food storage bags, foil, plastic wrap, and garbage bags ~Boxed and bagged food and beverages that are not past their expiration date For more information, call .
