American Striping Company, located in Dallas, TX, has been a leader in the striping industry for 25 years. We are seeking a motivated, organized Striping Technician to join our team. This person will have the responsibility to drive large trucks and provide high quality striping, stenciling services and sign installation for our valuable customers. QUALIFICATIONS include: • Effectively work with others, ensuring the highest levels of customer service on the job, providing exceptional service to our employees and customers, and helping the company grow. • Preferred: Previous striping and pavement marking experience. • If no experience: Must have the ability and desire to learn through on-the-job training. • Self-Motivated. • Be able to move and lift minimum 50 lbs. and complete manual labor • Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions. • Honest, trustworthy, dependable. • PUNCTUAL. Must arrive at work by the designated start time. • Be a team player. Cooperate with co-workers. • Polite to customers, contractors, and the traveling public. • Ability to work diligently while under time restraints. • Willing to accept change. • Valid driver’s license Driver's License (Required) • US work authorization (Required) RESPONSIBILITIES may include but are not limited to: • Drive large stencil/striping trucks • Deliver striping services as ordered on roadways, parking lots, highways, etc • Install signage on streets, buildings and parking lots • Work toward achievement of goals and deadlines for team daily, weekly, monthly • Repair/maintain equipment: • Assess and diagnose equipment/product issues: trouble shooting skills • Follow directions of foreman for each specific project or job site Job/Salary: • $15 - $19 an hour • Full-time Schedule • Mon - Fri (Hours vary) with occasional Saturdays Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance
