Overview
KB Federal Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of janitorial work experience.
Potential candidates will work at VA Bend CBOC.
Monday - Friday (5 Days)
6PM – 9PM (15-Hours a week)
$19.00 / Hour
Responsibilities:
· Clean and Disinfect Exam Rooms
· Clean & Disinfect Restrooms & Restock Supplies
· Clean Common Areas, Break area, Lobby Area, and Offices
· Sweep & Mop Hard Floors Areas
· Vacuum Carpet Floor Areas
· Dusting & Surface Wipe & High-touch point Cleaning
· Clean Windows, sills, frames
· Empty Waste & Reline
· Perform periodic tasks
· Keep track of supplies and notify supervisor of needed supplies.
· Follow guidelines and communicate with site supervisor
Skills
· Floor Maintenance – Ability to Clean & Polish Resilient Floor, and Steam Carpet
· Ability to Clean and Disinfect areas thoroughly using 2-step cleaning method
· Knowledge and ability to use of cleaning chemicals, supplies, equipment, materials
Requirement:
· A strong work ethic, integrity and sense of personal responsibility
· The ability to work independently and a team player
· Perform duties as assigned by the team leads or supervisor
· Complete assigned janitorial duties according to schedule
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· A valid driver's license
· Must be over 18 and able to work legally in the U.S.
· Possess a clean background
· Immunization Certificate (upon request)
· OSHA 10 Training (preferred)
