Builder Wanted for Home Project

Hi there, We need a builder to repair a wooden archway on our front porch. I attached two pictures so you can see the archway. The wood is rotten and needs to be repaired. You will also need to install flashing on the new archway so the water rot does not return. Also, the paint on the current archway has lead in it. Our home is located in NE Portland and we would like to do this project ASAP. We will pay 50% to start the project and the other 50% when it's complete.
