Growing family-owned and operated concrete company is seeking experienced concrete finishers to assist in the installation of standard and decorative concrete services in southeastern Wisconsin. Candidates must have own transportation and be highly motivated. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Set up and tear down of various concrete forms • Use of hand tools to finish smooth surfaces of concrete garage floors, sidewalks, driveways, patios, etc. • Clean and maintain construction equipment appropriately • Load and unload equipment from truck(s) • Use of different power tools to assist in removal of existing concrete/asphalt • Ensure that all work is being done in compliance with company protocols Requirements and Qualifications: • At least 1+ yr. in the construction industry • At least 1+ yr. concrete finishing/forming • Ability to work as needed Monday-Friday (typically 6:30 AM – 4 PM) • Must have strong attention to detail and high level of workmanship • Maintain a good relationship with co-workers and be a team player • Driver’s License and secure transportation preferred • Physically able to lift weight up to 100 lbs., occasionally • Physical requirements include: lifting, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, and wheeling existing/new concrete, gravel, dirt and other job materials • Previous concrete experience is a must Compensation: • $20-$30+/hr. depending on experience • 40+ hrs./weekly – some weekend hours depending • Paid mileage to job site (one-way)
