We are looking for a Commercial Property Groundskeeper and Maintenance Person. Would be in charge of property upkeep like picking up rubbish, pulling and spraying weeds, replacing light bulbs, light shoveling, placing 50 lb bags of ice melt at different locations, and reporting to the Property Manager. Handyman skills a plus! This is a great job for a retired person. Hours are 9 to noon M-F with possibility of after hours service calls. Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle. Mileage is paid for driving to properties not close to home office. Must be able to work without supervision and integrity is everything!
