Field Supervisor JSB Janitorial Services is seeking an experienced janitor who desires to take the next step and move to a Field Managers position. This position requires a dedicated and punctual individual seeking long term employment with growth potential. Responsibilities to include but are not limited to: Communicate with employees and customer contacts. Willingness to fill in at accounts when need arises. Ability to monitor and stock cleaning products and supplies. Familiar with cleaning products and techniques. Train new staff. Ability to perform or learn floor and carpet services. Qualifications: Willingness to follow instructions from Management. Available to work 5 days, evenings, and weekends when necessary. Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record. Basic computer skills. Reliable transportation. English speaking and reading skills. Schedule fluctuates, appox. 32 hours per week
