New Edge Cleaning Solutions is seeking Part- Time Construction / Maintenance Cleaners. We are looking for individuals that want to be part of a very motivated crew. Positions will start out as part- time but could progress to full- time in the future. Work is primarily in the Warrington/Quakertown/Collegeville/Phoenixville/Newtown Square/Chester Springs areas which means that once a house is built we are sent in to clean the windows as well as the house for customer settlement. Payment is per window when completing a window cleaning and per house when performing a settlement clean. New Edge and it’s affiliates have been in the new construction cleaning arena since 1985 working for some of the top names in the business such as Toll Brothers and Ryan Homes. The ideal candidate has a solid work ethic, good attitude, is dependable and is able to pay close attention to detail. We are looking for team players but someone who can also work independently. We need an individual who is safety conscious and has great customer service skills. Position Requirements: • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces, etc. • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time * Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals * • Ability to travel locally License: • Drivers License Please reply to this ad if you or you know anyone that has interest in joining this fast growing company and becoming a part of our team!
