About the Position: Our client is a leading USA based manufacturer of stainless-steel wire and cable products since 1976. For over 45 years they have specialized in safety lock wire, picture wire, orthodontic wire, and conventional/miniature sized strand and cable available bare or nylon/vinyl coated. They are currently looking for a 1st shift Respooled/machine operator. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Understand and follow work order instructions • Verify bulk materials to be used and connect program with support of • Team Leader • Load bulk material on to payoff • Building shafts with correct spools • Verify length or weight of finished product with support of Team Leader Run material to proper quantity per work instruction • Loading material into shipping bins for transport • Fill in work order and production form Clean area at shift end Requirements: • Punctuality and Attendance Lifting 50 pounds • Physically fit to stand for extended periods • Good communication skills • Must be able to read and understand written instructions Being able to use hand tools and measuring equipment • Good communication skills Positive attitude • Ability to work with others Understanding of Quality requirements Benefits and Perks • Paying: $14 • Temp to hire position. • Able to Grow within the company due to performance and willingness to grow • Hours of operation is 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM • Company benefits after conversion If you have the above experience and are immediately available, please apply NOW for consideration.
