Apply online at performss.com on in person at our Rock Hill office at 127 east main street Job Title: Heat Press Operator Job Description: This position is responsible for the operation of our heat press and digital printers to produce orders in our Digital Printing Operations. Location: Rock Hill, SC Pay: $13/hour to start and potential pay increase after 90 days. Temp to perm. Shift: 7am-5pm Monday-Thursday some occasional OT on Fridays. Skills: Candidate must have ability to move and load large rolls of fabric and/or paper Great communication skills, ability to improvise and adapt to changing workflow. Excellent time-management skills and ability to stay focused and on-task. Prior printing and heat press experience preferred but not required. Looking for a high energy, detail-oriented team member Responsibilities: • Operating multiple printers at one time to keep the printing process going when needed. • Operating heat press. • Operating and managing RIP software for printing when needed. • Monitoring the quality of the substrate or paper being printed or pressed and knowing when the product does not meet quality standards • Understanding the different substrates that we produce. • Troubleshooting and reporting on the state of the printing or heat transfer equipment. • Moving material and tagging properly. • Cutting, packing, inspecting & shipping products. • Reporting production.
