Description
We are looking for several hospitality minded staff to assist with an upcoming event. We need someone with lots of energy, can talk with and engage with people, and can move around quickly. You will be helping with one of two roles. We have positions on the registration desk, helping to direct people to correct line, answer questions about the event and help direct them to various meeting rooms. The other position is a room monitor, helping with breakout rooms, to scan badges, hand out materials, collect surveys and other tasks to assist the presenter. You must be comfortable standing for periods of time as needed.
Dates: July 11-13
Location: Downtown Phoenix Convention Center
Pay: $15 per hour
This is a one-time temporary position
This is a W2 Employer/Employee relationship. Must have identification, and authorization to work in the United States.
Parking: parking will be reimbursed with a receipt.
Attire: Black Slacks, White polo shirt, button down shirt or blouse, at this time mask must be worn, subject to change
Restrictions: No visible tattoos, piercing other than ears would need to be removed.
