Missing Service Dog in Training

Urgently seeking service-dog-in-training, who broke out from Swan & Skyline area during the fireworks on July 3. URSA is a year-old Belgian Shepard who is halfway through the two-year service-dog training, during which she has trained daily and bonded with her person. She has longer brown/black fur with a very distinctive black face. She is very friendly and knows her name -- URSA -- and had a collar with an ID tag. She is un-spayed. Reward for info leading to URSA's recovery.
