Description
Mowing, weeding, edge trimming. Grass should be cut to a maximum of two inches in length. Grass and weeds are to be cut to the edge of the property line, trimmed around foundations, bushes, trees and planting beds. Grass and weeds should also be trimmed flush with fences and other construction that would normally require trimming.
Remove and/or cut down weeds in all pavers (walkways, driveway, patios), planters, weeds in cracks in and along the concrete and/or asphalt areas and anything growing in and along fence lines.
Removal of leaves
Sweeping of all paved areas
Removal of all lawn clippings, related clippings and incidental debris (newspaper, flyers, bottles, etc.). The disposal of all clippings and incidental debris should comply with jurisdictional requirements.
Pool - If there is a pool at the property do not blow clippings, leaves or debris into the pool.
Wash down the driveways, sidewalks and entryway to leave a cleaner appearance.
SHRUB TRIMMING IS NEEDED
APPLY WEED KILLER TO ALL HARD SURFACES WHERE WEEDS ARE GROWING THROUGH
The house should look presentable once work is complete.
