Our company is a Residential Services expert with properties throughout New Jersey. We are seeking Maintenance Technicians with experience in plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling system management to work in a luxurious high rise, residential property. The Maintenance Technician will work in common areas for minor plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry. The perfect candidate will also assist our experienced team of cleaning professionals responsible for all aspects of the property’s maintenance, including the physical grounds, ensuring curb appeal through interior and exterior building inspections, grounds maintenance, and preventive maintenance. Customer service is a priority, and attention to detail is critical to ensure the satisfaction of the community’s residents. This is a full time position. Job Responsibilities include efficiently completing all daily work orders within 24 hours and communicating any delays in completing a work order with the Superintendent. Knowledge of all applicable building codes and safety standards is a plus, but not required. Must be professional, courteous and friendly and have verbal communication skills that meet the demands of property management, residents and vendors.
