We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and the structure of an establishment in repair. Must have 2 years of building maintenance experience and be proficient in all maintenance-related skills, including plumbing, light electrical, painting, drywall, common grounds cleaning. Looking for a Team Player who works well with others and who is dependable and hard-working. Overtime available. Responsibilities: - Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings - Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion - Order and replace broken parts or equipment - Maintain a clean and a safe workspace - Perform other duties, as assigned  Qualifications: - Previous experience in property maintenance or other related fields - Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment - Deadline and detail-oriented - Ability to handle physical workload Please e-mail resume.
